To be considered when mounting

In order to minimise the wear underneath the die/adapter plate, a hardened strip should be built in. at least HRC 58).

 

Advice

Also use the EKM in other applications where you wish to transfer heavier or bulky goods easily, for instance power shears (roll the sheet on these).

 

Warm die tables?

The spring-loaded balls, standard design, endure a working temperature up to 80 degrees Celsius. If requested, we can deliver a HT (High Temperature) model enduring up to 200 degrees Celsius continuos working temperature. The lifting capacity has to be reduced with 25% compared to standard.
